Los Angeles June 2024 Market Update

Hey there. Ana Mendoza here. I hope that this video finds you amazing. We're super excited that we're finally moved in, or almost moved in, to our new space here in Studio City. You guys have to come and check it out. And we are getting ready for our grand opening. So a lot of exciting things happening as an office, in an industry, as a business, and just in general. But we are in the midst of summer. And here in L.A. it's getting super hot. And it's getting a little bit crazy. And everyone is motivated to just talk shop and learn about real estate. So I am here to give you your year-over-year market update for homes that have sold in the City of Los Angeles from June 2023 through June 2024 now that we have those numbers. We had more equity in homes this year compared to last year. So $23,000 more for homes that have sold under $1,000,000 in the City of Los Angeles specifically, which pulls a bunch of homes in that zip code, within L.A. County. 36 more homes came on the market this summer compared to last year. And we are getting into the longer escrows, within 42 days or something like that, just because, you know, I mean it is summer. You're getting motivated to get your home ready, take your time, get into escrow, close it, potentially move out of state, and do all of that.

We are still giving free market updates. Just as always, we want to inform our clients what's happening in their neighborhood, with their specific home, what they need to do to get their home just organized, prepared, with ideas and tips.
